Wish we could have stayed longer! Beautiful home and well stocked! So nice having coffee/tea available for the mornings. Very quiet and relaxing in the backyard with the view of Camelback Mountain. Love the location, close to shopping and restaurants. Ian & Tracy were very quick and responsive to any of our needs. We greatly appreciated it! Thank you for sharing your home!

We loved staying here. Ian & Tracy were excellent communicators and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, quiet, and felt secluded. The kitchen was great for cooking, and the backyard offers beautiful views and a really nice private outdoor space.
We appreciated the thoughtful touches like board games and books in the kids’ bedroom. The central location in Paradise Valley in a lovely neighborhood was exactly what we were looking for. Would happily stay here again.

The house is immaculately clean and spacious and has a very aesthetic modern design. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and the drive in feels very scenic. We went out for nice dinners in Scottsdale, which is about 15-20 min away. We also did a beautiful 2.5 mile hike that was only a 5 min drive from the house! The backyard has beautiful views and nice seating areas for lounging. Communication with our hosts was very easy. It was the perfect place for our relaxing weekend getaway!!

In town for WM Open. Wanted to stay in a peaceful place away from everything and it was fantastic. Great evenings around the fire pit, great location central to all the things we were doing in Scottsdale. Wonderful place. Will mark it to stay again!

We loved this home! It was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was very well appointed covering all the needs of a group that wants to cook, make cocktails and enjoy morning coffees! The outdoor space is so stunning with a very private feel and the picture perfect view of Camelback! Our group of 9 all had a wonderful stay! Thank you Ian and Tracy!

We loved our stay! It was super clean, well stocked and great location! Most immaculate rental we’ve stayed in. Owners have thought about all the things you don’t think about. Definitely will be coming back if we are staying in the area.

This home is beautiful and comfortable. Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Gorgeous living space and outdoor space. Ian and Tracy were responsive hosts. I will definitely be back next time I’m visiting Scottsdale. I highly recommend this home.

The Howdy house is hands down the best Airbnb we've stayed at! From the moment we walked in the door we immediately felt like we were at home & didn't want to leave. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The beds/bedding were cozy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, peaceful pool/backyard and how centrally located it was. Ian & tracy were so accommodating and quick to respond to any concerns we had.

Tracy and Ian were fantastic hosts. The house was beautiful, communication was clear and fast, and anytime we needed something they responded right away. The location is central and easy to get anywhere. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had an incredible time! The house was AMAZING and so luxe! The hosts were extreemly responsive to all of our questions! My favorite part was the cofee setup! Amazing views, luxe furnishings and loved the double living rooms for our group! Would highly reccomend this property one of my favorite I have ever stayed at!
