Tracy and Ian were fantastic hosts. The house was beautiful, communication was clear and fast, and anytime we needed something they responded right away. The location is central and easy to get anywhere. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had an incredible time! The house was AMAZING and so luxe! The hosts were extreemly responsive to all of our questions! My favorite part was the cofee setup! Amazing views, luxe furnishings and loved the double living rooms for our group! Would highly reccomend this property one of my favorite I have ever stayed at!

This was the best choice we could have made for our trip to Scottsdale! The home was easy to access, hosts had open and easy communication, and the home was meticulously cleaned and stocked with everything we could need. I appreciated the detailed information provided to check in and there were no surprises about the amenities available which were exactly as described. We spend a lot of time in Scottsdale and found the location very centralized but private and safe. This was a beautiful home with great communication and amenities and comes with an unequivocal recommendation. Thank you, and we can’t wait to come back!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Howdy House! Ian and Tracy were extremely responsive hosts and everything was as-advertised. The house was spotlessly clean — probably the cleanest AirBNB we have ever stayed in — and there were nice touches throughout, including plentiful towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, even spare toothbrushes! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. While it was too cool out for us to swim in the pool, it was clean and looked lovely. We would definitely stay at Howdy House again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was even better than the photos depicted. Lots of space to spread out and beautifully decorated/landscaped. The beds were so comfortable. They thought of everything including an extensive coffee bar and snack basket. Ian and Tracy were very responsive through out. Would definitely recommend!

The Howdy house was perfect for our family getaway! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was great for all the things we wanted to do. Our teens loved the pool and ping pong table. I definitely would recommend this house and we would definitely stay here again! Ian and Tracy were responsive and so great to work with!!!

This was a great spot for our family. The house was clean, inviting, and the kitchen was well stocked with high end appliances and helpful supplies. We also enjoyed spending time in the backyard and the quiet neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again!

A lovely home with a fantastic well stocked kitchen, and a backyard with breathtaking views of Camelback Mtn. We swam, we hiked around the neighborhood, and felt cocooned by our beds. Hosts Ian and Tracy were so responsive and helpful with any and all questions!

The house was absolutely perfect. It’s in a great location within a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet still close to everything. We immediately felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and all the appliances were new and spotless. The blankets were incredibly comfy, too! Truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at—highly recommend!

Ian and Tracy were excellent hosts. Very accommodating and responsive to all our needs. Their home is absolutely beautiful, clean and modern, but warm and charming. It was a pleasure staying at their place, and I would recommend it 10/10 to anyone considering it.
