We want you to have a great time. You’ll be provided with Olivo Living’s Arrival Guide and our Guidebook before your stay. • Check-in time: 4:00pm. Check-out time: 11:00am. • We can accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs if the schedule allows. Fees may apply. • The home has keypad door entry locks. Instructions will be provided after booking check in. • Pool Heating: Pool heating is optional and recommended for comfortable swimming from October 15th through April. The fee is $65 per night and must be booked for your entire stay with at least three days' advance notice. • Dogs are allowed at $150 per booking for up to 2 dogs max. Cats or any other pets are not allowed. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fee per pet. • For families with a tiny one, there is a high chair and Pack-n-Play. • Enjoy your favorite shows or binge new ones on our smart TVs (75" and 55"). Each has the usual streaming services. Just log into your accounts and be sure to log out at the end of your stay. Tracy and Ian were fantastic hosts. The house was beautiful, communication was clear and fast, and anytime we needed something they responded right away. The location is central and easy to get anywhere. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was the best choice we could have made for our trip to Scottsdale! The home was easy to access, hosts had open and easy communication, and the home was meticulously cleaned and stocked with everything we could need. I appreciated the detailed information provided to check in and there were no surprises about the amenities available which were exactly as described. We spend a lot of time in Scottsdale and found the location very centralized but private and safe. This was a beautiful home with great communication and amenities and comes with an unequivocal recommendation. Thank you, and we can’t wait to come back!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Howdy House! Ian and Tracy were extremely responsive hosts and everything was as-advertised. The house was spotlessly clean — probably the cleanest AirBNB we have ever stayed in — and there were nice touches throughout, including plentiful towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, even spare toothbrushes! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. While it was too cool out for us to swim in the pool, it was clean and looked lovely. We would definitely stay at Howdy House again!

The Howdy house was perfect for our family getaway! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was great for all the things we wanted to do. Our teens loved the pool and ping pong table. I definitely would recommend this house and we would definitely stay here again! Ian and Tracy were responsive and so great to work with!!!

This was a great spot for our family. The house was clean, inviting, and the kitchen was well stocked with high end appliances and helpful supplies. We also enjoyed spending time in the backyard and the quiet neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again!

The house was absolutely perfect. It’s in a great location within a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet still close to everything. We immediately felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and all the appliances were new and spotless. The blankets were incredibly comfy, too! Truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at—highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ian & Tracy’s Airbnb! The house was stunning—beautifully decorated, spotless, and clearly put together with so much care. As someone who loves interior design, I could instantly see their eye for detail. And as a borderline germaphobe 😅, the cleanliness was a huge plus! The hosts were incredibly thoughtful. They welcomed us with a basket of snacks, stocked toiletries in the bathroom, and even provided coffee and tea. With a group of four girls, we especially appreciated the generous amount of towels—they truly thought of everything. The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and had every little thing you might need. If you’re heading to PHX, do yourself a favor and book this stay. You will not regret it! Highly recommend!

Hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! The cleanliness was unmatched, every corner of the space was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The attention to detail was incredible, for example there was a fully stocked coffee bar and even had to-go cups, they thought of everything! Every detail was perfect from the cozy blankets to the shower toiletries that smelled amazing! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat - I highly recommend it!
