Awaken your senses at the dream coffee station, complete with Smeg and Keurig coffee makers, Starbucks coffee, tea kettle, teas & more. For evening cocktails, a mixologist’s bar cabinet is stocked with elegant glassware and tools. Dogs are allowed (for an additional fee, please see House Rules). The entire back yard is fully enclosed. Step outside to your private oasis. The picturesque backyard features: • A gorgeous, heated 9-foot swimming pool with chaise lounges (pool heating is optional; see details below). • A poolside dining area for eight and a fire table lounge with Adirondack chairs. • A grill station with a natural gas grill for easy outdoor cooking. • A spacious lawn perfect for cornhole and other games. • A peaceful entry courtyard with the gentle sound of a running fountain. The Neighborhood Our prime Butler Beach location puts the area's top attractions at your fingertips. • Butler Beach: You are just a short walk or bike ride from the pristine white sands of Butler Beach. It’s significantly quieter and more residential than the main pier area, making it ideal for peaceful morning walks or dolphin spotting. • Frank B. Butler County Park: Offers great beach access with convenient amenities like restrooms, showers, and picnic pavilions. • Matanzas River (Intracoastal): Just to your west, the Matanzas River offers incredible kayaking and paddleboarding. It’s famous for its glassy waters and spectacular sunsets. • Anastasia State Park: A 10-minute drive gets you to 1,600 acres of unspoiled beaches, maritime forests, and ancient dunes. Getting Around • Butler Beach: 6 blocks east • Frank Butler Co. Park Boat Ramp: 4 minutes • Downtown St. Augustine: 16 minutes House Rules We want you to have a wonderful experience! Please review the following rules before your stay. • Check-in: 4:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM • Early check-in and late check-out may be available if the schedule allows. • Pet Policy: Up to two dogs are welcome for a flat fee of $150 per booking. No other pets are allowed. An undisclosed pet will result in a $500 fee per pet. Service animals are exempt from this policy. • No loud music or noises that would disturb the neighbors, inside or out. Important Information • Pool Heating: Pool heating is optional and recommended for comfortable swimming from October through May or June. The fee is $45 per night and must be booked for your entire stay with at least three days' advance notice. • Family Amenities: A high chair and a Pack-n-Play are available for those traveling with little ones. • Entertainment: The home features Smart TVs with popular streaming services. Each has the usual streaming services. Just log into your accounts and be sure to log out at the end of your stay. Most streaming services like Hulu and Netflix let you log out of devices remotely in case you forget. • Concierge Services: Let us enhance your stay. We can assist with arranging a private chef, in-home yoga or massage, and additional housekeeping services.
