We stayed here for my wife’s birthday trip with her family and had a great time. The place was spotless, which matters a lot when you’re traveling with a group. The pool was a highlight — we used it constantly and it was perfect for the Scottsdale heat. Location was unbeatable too, close to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of space for everyone and it made for a really comfortable, memorable trip. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Working with the Tracy and Ian was easy, communication was top notch, and they were vigilant. The location was easy find, house was well organized, mindful and clean. The views were alluring into the wildlife. My daughter and I saw a hummingbird, one quail, and a bunny. They made sure left behind possessions were addressed. Overall great experience!

Tracy and Ian's home was perfect for our family vacation. House was spotless, spacious, and so well provisioned...and the pool was a well-used amenity. Great location close to Old Town, Chaparral Park, Paradise Valley, hiking spots, and tons of restaurants. Great place to stay, thank you!

This home is in a great location, and well appointed. It was a very comfortable stay! We loved the back yard and the gorgeous views of Camelback Mountain. The layout of the home was ideal for a family with kids. Overall it was a great stay.

Wonderful spot to stay! The house was beautiful, well appointed and had a great layout (especially loved the HUGE walk in closet attached to the master bedroom)! We had a fantastic time on our trip here and the location was great! The neighborhood feels cozy and welcoming!! Would definitely stay here again!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Scottsdale Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how stunning, immaculate, and welcoming the home felt. The pool area was a true highlight, and the mountain views were simply breathtaking—especially at sunrise and sunset. The location was perfect, close to Old Town Scottsdale, wonderful restaurants, and shopping, while still offering a peaceful and private retreat. This home made our trip so special, and we would return in a heartbeat. Truly a 5-star experience in every way!

Absolutely beautiful! We were here for our daughter’s birthday and it was the perfect house for a small gathering. Everything you need in this beautiful kitchen. Great communication as well. Cant wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Howdy House in Arizona! The location was fantastic—so close to Old Town and perfect for our trip to Spring Training games. The house worked great for our group of two families (four adults and three kids) and had plenty of space for everyone.
The home was very well stocked with everything we needed, and the pool was great —our kids especially loved it. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive to all of our questions and needs throughout our stay, which made everything so easy.
We would absolutely recommend the Howdy House to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

Wish we could have stayed longer! Beautiful home and well stocked! So nice having coffee/tea available for the mornings. Very quiet and relaxing in the backyard with the view of Camelback Mountain. Love the location, close to shopping and restaurants. Ian & Tracy were very quick and responsive to any of our needs. We greatly appreciated it! Thank you for sharing your home!
